Support for Parents and Families
It can be unspeakably painful to know that someone you love is suffering and not know how to help. I work with parents and families seeking to learn how to most effectively support someone having a difficult time. We will work on skills like validation, acceptance, observing limits, and facilitating change. Reach out to learn more.
